In 2006, an official Students’ Association has not yet been established in our Hall. The Provisional Students’ Association (PSA) thus held several consultation meetings in April. Twelve hall-mates stood out and formed an official cabinet ‘Premier’ for the benefit of all hall-mates.



However, Premier encountered various difficulties in building up the own niche of Suen Chi Sun Hall. They paid much effort in establishing a firm and solid foundation for the future Students’ Association in terms of building the core values of our hall-education.



In the academic year of 2006-2007, Suen Chi Sun Hall Students’ Association officially affiliated with the Hong Kong University Students’ Union, and Premier became the first cabinet of Students’ Association of our Hall.



All hall-mates are members of the Students' Association. The association is led by the Executive Committee which is elected annually by all current members of the Association.
