Hall History
Establishment of Suen Chi Sun Hall
Suen Chi Sun Hall was established in 2005, and was officially opened on 16th November 2005 by Ms. Esther Suen Chi Lan and Professor Lap Chee Chui.

Mr. Suen Chi Sun, the founder of Simatelex Charitable Foundation, donated money for the construction of a new hall. He made such generous donations because he was impressed by the concept of hall education when he attended the High Table Dinner of Lee Hysan Hall in 1990. Thus our hall was named Suen Chi Sun Hall, to show gratitude for Mr Suen’s great support for the development of education in Hong Kong.
