Suen Chi Sun Hall consists of 14 residential floors in total, including 6 male floors and 8 female floors. Social functions are held within each floor, such as floor dinners, floor orientation, chatting nights, morning tea gatherings and many other joyful activities. Every floor is unique and harmonious; floor-mates are connected with strong bonding. Supportive and delightful atmosphere is everywhere among and within different floors! You can definitely build lifelong relationships here!

Floor Description

2/F 義雲天 Camaraderie the Second
We have only 13 floor-mates in our floor, which is the least number of floor-mates among all floors. However, we are exceptionally all-rounded that we play hard and study hard. We are closely bonded and united. We always have dinners, movie nights and ‘ben-gay’ together. Moreover,  ‘義雲’ is originated from the Chinese idiom, ‘義薄雲天’. As a male floor, we treasure brotherhood very much. Also, ‘義’ has the same pronunciation as '二’(two) in Cantonese.  This explains why our floor is called ‘義雲天’.
3/F 勁過三 Trinity
United in the third floor, we are girls from TRINITY. In our harmonious and joyful family, every one of us enjoys our lives here! Sounds of laughters and chattering fill the corridor, pantry, washroom, bedrooms and every corner of our floor. We never feel bored once we are here as there are always funny and interesting experiences waiting for us to share!
4/F 四方城 Quadro
Quadro - the forth floor. We are named forth but we will never be satisfied as the forth. This is a place where we strive for excellence, live in harmony and work in unity. You will find laughter and tears, sweat and roars here. But most importantly, you will find lifelong buddies and unforgettable memories here in Quadro!
5/F 五樂城 Vivace
Vivace is an Italian word meaning active. Our floor is full of laughter and chatter every day as we always gather to share the ups and downs in our lives and to support each other. Different creative activities are also held regularly to improve the relationships among our floor mates.
This harmonious entity is formed by 1 tutor and 22 girls. We have a wide variety of interests. Thus, our floor-mates actively participate in hall teams, ranging from sports, music to dancing. With passion and joy, you will enjoy a fruitful and unforgettable hall life here in Vivace!
6/F 新大陸 Sunnyland
Sunnyland means a wonderland with glorious sunshine.
Sunnyland belongs to a group of sunshine boys, who are always energetic. In this warm and comfortable place, we strive to achieve our goals and to realize our dreams. With our strong drive for excellence, great dreams, strong bonding and incomparable will, we easily overcome every challenge together.
In Sunnyland, we have people of different nationalities, characters, interests,  goals and visions. Our floor is always lively and noisy. We all share the unique vision to integrate Suen Chi Sun Hall hand in hand and to shine like the rising sun.
7/F 七喜 7-Up
7-Up means “Seven” and “Joy” in Chinese. “Seven” implies the 7th floor and “Joy” implies happiness, love and moments that we treasure in Suen Chi Sun Hall. Moreover, our floor-mates live by 7 virtues, including Sincerity, Energy, Vividness, Elegance, Necessity, Unity and Passion. That is why we are named as Seven-Up.
9/F 昇龍匯
The Ninth floor is a place where we become brothers.
Though we have diversity in background and personality,
With strong sense of belonging,
We are each other's magnitude and bond;
With unity,
We are as strong as we live as one.

10/F 十里香Secret Garden
Secret Garden is the title of a fiction in which the setting is a place surrounded by flowers and grass. We share the same philosophy with the title as we love nature.
There are a total of 23 girls living in the Secret Garden. We are a group of girls who have our own attitudes and characters. We are cheerful, nice, active, talkative and creative. Come and meet us and I am sure the experience will leave you an unforgettable memory!
11/F 思逸閣Shikaya
‘Shikaya’ is a Japanese word meaning ‘the house of deer’ and ‘10+1’, in phonetic transcription, which refers to our floor.
Every Shikayian lights up our floor life with our pure, energetic and lovely characters. We laugh and cry and have fun together during both tough and happy times. When you graduate you will undoubtedly miss the smiley faces of the girls from our floor!
12/F 天一閣Twelvians
“We Care, We Share.” This is not only the theme and spirit of our hall but also for 12/F. In 12/F, 16 floor-mates bond as one rather than being 16 individuals. We care for one another and we are willing to share our happiness and sadness. Support and encouragement are the most important elements of hall education, and this is what you can find in 12/F. As a Twelvian, we stay for each other and we shine together.
13/F 十三么 Brilliance
Brilliance, located on the 13/F of Suen Chi Sun Hall, is the home to 23 ladies. Each floor-mate of Brilliance is brilliant at different things. Volleyball, hockey, tennis, jogging, dance, singing, ‘sheung jong’ (上莊) and cooking etc., nothing can challenge us. We welcome all hall-mates to share and create a joyful atmosphere in13/F with us!
14/F 皇室堡 Throne Team
“Throne” – a unique emblem of royalty and kingdom – represents the everlasting prominence of 14/F. Despite the pride in our appellation, it would be a false assumption that we project ourselves as paramount figures with loftiness and arrogance. In fact, every Throne Team member is a person of great eminence, outstanding character and independence. Our courage makes us fearless to stand out and voice our indignation. What we firmly defend for is the belief that "With great power, comes great responsibility". This is the reason we are always committed and devoted to contributing to our floor and our hall regardless of the position we stand.
15/F 嘉逸豪門 Quinzième
Quinzieme is the French word for 15. Come visit Quinzieme and be embraced by our European ambience. Romance and elegance linger in the air with our classic film posters, delicate decorations and the symbol of our floor – the wine-red roses lining the ceilings and corridors.
Quinzieme ladies also have an active side. We practice our secret “floor skill” during every birthday celebration and jumping into the frame when other people are taking pictures! So watch out for us and do not be surprised if you spot us somewhere in your photos!
